The Traveling-Cookbook-Project „LOCAL - the cooking experiment“ with organic food top chef Simon Tress and organic food entrepreneur Georg Schweisfurth began at Gammertingen-Mariaberg on 21st September.

How much fun it was rocking that stage made of straw bales! You don´t get experiences like that everyday, do you?
